ReplyDeleteIn 2016 in august I took the train to Edmontonwith my bike.
and then I pedalled my bicycle up the calgary trail from edmonton to calgary and then on to lethbridge alberta.
Nice trip.
Took about 11 days.
If I recall correctly.
Weird incident occurred in calgary.
As i was leaving the Calgary main library downtown something peculiar happened.
3 cops were chaining two pedestrians up.
On the other side of the street.
And they weren't really being gentle.
Anyhow" it wasnt really my buisness.
I didnt know why those two were being chained hand and foot.
I decided to cross the street to retrieve my bicycle and resume my bike ride.
So I begin crossing the street.
Out of the blue one of the cops moves towards me and says loudly "go back! Or I'll arrest you!"
I looked at him.
But I didnt think he was talking to me.
So I kept walking.
HE THEN SAID EVEN LOUDER "" GO BACK AND CROSS AT THE LIGHTS!" OR ILL ARREST YOU!""
I THEN REALIZED HE WSS TALKING TO ME.
NOT WANTING ANY TROUBLE I RETURNED TO THE FRONT OF THE LIBRARY AND PROCEEDED TO WALK TOWARDS THE LIGHTS.
WHERE I COULD CROSS AT THE FIRST INTERSECTION.
I WAS AMAZED WHEN I FOUND OUT THE TWO MEN HAD BEEN HOGTIED IN CHAINS HAND AND FOOT FOR JAY WALKING.
AND THE POLICE IN CALGARY WERENT being GENTLE WITh THEM.
THATS FOR SURE.
Yeh... it's a very serious charge to Jay walk in calgary.
It's like murdering someone.

IN CALGARY.

BECAUSE THATS WHERE THE POLICE PUT THE CHIPS.
